All NovEZ products are made to order by our fulfilment partner and require a production period before dispatch. Please allow 2–5 business days for production in addition to the delivery times below.

- Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
- United Kingdom: £4.99 standard, £6.99 express. Free standard shipping on orders over £50.
- Europe: £14.99 flat rate
- International: £23.99 flat rate (rates may vary by product)
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
